  This location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I ordered a simple Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza through DoorDash, and somehow my order was wrong THREE TIMES. The first order was completely wrong, so DoorDash refunded me. I placed the exact same order again, only for my Dasher to notice that the order was wrong a second time AND missing sides. I canceled that order and contacted customer service. They refunded me again and even automatically resubmitted the order free of charge. Unfortunately, the THIRD order was STILL WRONG. I have photo evidence from all three orders. What makes this even more frustrating was the attitude of the woman working tonight. She was extremely unhelpful and showed absolutely no concern about fixing the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but THREE incorrect orders for the same simple order is unacceptable. After wasting this much time trying to get a basic pizza order corrected, I will NOT be returning to this location. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

  I have not had Papa Johns in 2 years. I was so disappointed in my pizza and cinnamon dessert. Both tasted very old. My husband and I use to eat the pizza at least 3 times a month for years. Bad quality and I paid $40 for this crap.

  Incredible service from David and Xavier! ​If you're ordering from this Papa John's, pray that David and Xavier are on shift—they absolutely crushed it! From the moment I walked in, these guys brought top-tier energy, great customer service, and fantastic attention to detail. ​The food was fresh, fast, and piping hot, but honestly, it was David and Xavier's positive attitudes and efficiency that made the experience stand out. You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually care about giving customers a great experience. ​Five stars all day. Give these two a raise!
