  Very first time ordering from this location and I won't be back. My husband found a long dark hair embedded in the top of his pizza, he got sick and it ruined his evening. For the record, I have dark blonde hair and his hair is maybe an inch long. The hair he found was kind of wavy, very dark brown/black. I called the store, he said he could re-make the pizza. I asked my husband if he wanted to drive all the way back out there (they don't deliver to our address despite this being the closest one) over their mess-up and he said no. The guy on the phone THEN said he could NOT offer a free pizza. I was confused but I requested his employees wear a hair net or something. He goes "yeah for sure, that's our bad.." and I just hung up. I haven't had Papa John's in years and this is not what I expected my first time back in like idk 15 years? . Guess we have to visit a different location in a better neighborhood in order to get better service.

  The service was slow the employees seemed unfamiliar with things the pizza was cold I went to the location on Buckner I'll never go back there again

  Calls were ignored. When they did answer, put you on hold for a long time. Just bad services.
