- JCJasmine CoxAug 3, 20261.0Not only was I given the wrong food I was really disrespected discriminated against and 100% treated unfair when I called to complain that my order wasn’t right. The woman proceeded to tell me that in their new policy, they do not believe in reimbursement refunds or replacing anything that was messed up due to their behalf!! And see that my mother has worked for Papa John’s for over 20 years and now is the head of five different stores. I just assume that this one would be just as good as the rest due to the fact I am from Kansas. I’m only used to eating Kansas Papa John’s, but for this woman that works at this store you do not have any customer service skills you are so rude and Unprofessional to hang up in my face is extremely rude. You need to learn customer service skills and all I was trying to do was get my order correctly. I wasn’t even trying to get a refund but now I want my money back.!!!!

They made sure all of my orders were together, double checked everything looked great, and confirmed the extra sauces I ordered were included. Food was fresh and tasted great. I would definitely come back here again!

They have a great toppings selections and great prices! the bake was perfect...cooked on bottom with crispy crust & soft inside. Highly recommend.
