  Do not go to this Papa John’s. This happened today, June 17, 2026, so this is not an old review. I have been eating Papa John’s pizza since the 90s, and I have never received a pizza with a hole in it until today. I ordered from this location and received a pizza that was not acceptable to serve to a paying customer. When I tried to call the store and speak with management, the phone was picked up and hung up repeatedly. I called more than once, and each time, the call was disconnected after I selected the option for a manager. That made the situation worse. A food mistake is one thing. Refusing to answer the phone and address it is another. If you are having a bad day or cannot provide decent customer service, you should not be at work serving customers. People work hard for their money, and nobody deserves to be treated poorly or given food that the store would not want to receive themselves. I called corporate today and requested a full refund. I was told I should hear back within 24 hours. If I do not, I will be following up again. I would not recommend this location. There are too many other food options nearby to spend money here and be treated like this.

  How much do you have to hate your job when you put pepperoni and mushrooms on crust without sauce or cheese. That's an impressive amount of disdain.

  I just got to the restaurant and I asked if I can used the restroom, and there was a rude guy over there said no you can’t and he was so rude with me because I didn’t add tip when I placed the order. I was going to leave cash tip but when I saw him like that, I didn’t. I got the pizza and it was really bad. No cheese and it was not done. The dough was row. I always order through you guys but this is the worse time. I through the pizza in garbage.

  I ordered two pizzas in hoped that I could have dinner tonight, breakfast tomorrow and lunch tomorrow as I am working in downtown Dallas. After putting in my order online, I called the store and asked for additional garlic cups. At that time I let the young lady on the phone know that I would be at the door awaiting my order. I also made a notation on the delivery app that I would be waiting at my front door. No one knocked, no one gave me any notice, and at this exact time as I already have the pizzas, my Papa John's tracking has not let me know that my pizza has even been delivered yet. Both of my pizzas were left on the front door with no notice, both of which have come in completely covered by ants. I've called the store twice in an attempt to get in touch with someone to find out if I can get a refund or a credit back to my account... And no one is answering This is the most egregious customer service I have encountered in quite some time, and I will not be ordering from doordash or Papa John's ever again.
