⭐ 1 STAR — I WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION. Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered TWO pizzas from Papa John’s through DoorDash, and this is how they arrived. Look at the pictures because they honestly speak for themselves. Both pizzas were completely DESTROYED. The slices were folded over and smashed into each other, the cheese and toppings were stuck all over the inside and lid of the box, and the pizzas looked like the boxes had been carried sideways or thrown around. What makes this even worse is that I immediately contacted DoorDash and spent about 25 minutes on the phone trying to get this resolved, only to be told that they would NOT refund my money because of their “policy.” I paid for two pizzas—not two boxes of smashed-up food that I have to scrape off the cardboard and put back together myself. Whether Papa John’s handed the pizzas over like this or they were destroyed by the delivery driver, the CUSTOMER should not be the one stuck paying for it. Someone needs to take responsibility. I have photos showing exactly what was delivered, yet I’m still expected to pay full price. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I will not order from this Papa John’s location again, and after the way this was handled, I will seriously reconsider using DoorDash as well. DO BETTER. Customers should not have to fight this hard to get their money back for food that arrived looking like THIS.

It only took one bite of my pizza and I am ready to give you Five Stars. The quality and taste of the cheese and sauce are just as I expected it. I am really pleased with the taste, the size, the security delivery procedure and he price. Can't wait to try your bbq wings.

Was not good. I dont blame the crew. It looked like mgmt didnt take the time or too lazy to train them plus they were understaffed. I blame management.

Crispiest pizza I have ever tasted! Why Papa Johns? Why? Why serve me a burnt pizza? I didn't ask that you to over cook it, why not just make me another one. I hate wasting money on food people know they wouldn't eat! Terrible!!!! Tastes like pepperoni on burnt crackers! Burnt and crunchy, disgusting!!!
