Ozona used to be the absolute place to come and go on Greenville Avenue. For years, it was a legendary neighborhood staple with an incredible atmosphere, which makes it truly sad to see how much it has fallen off.We visited between 2:30 and 2:45 PM, well after the major brunch rush had cleared out. Unfortunately, our waitress, Gabriella, seemed less than eager to help us, and the service was mediocre at best. It took her about 5 to 7 minutes just to greet us and take our drink order. When she finally dropped our food off, she left immediately without asking if we needed anything else. We had to repeatedly flag her down just to get refills and ask for missing items. The food itself was equally disappointing and underwhelming. With so many great restaurant choices available on Greenville Avenue, you should expect much better service and food quality for your money—especially from a place with this history. I won't be returning.

Everything is a 5 star except I’m in a dually and my brother said let’s go here . There are no parking spots for my 3500 ram , I park at the corner spot cause I can’t fit in a spot . The security guard is in the car cadi corner not in a spot on his phone . I think he can get out or maneuver out. I get out of my truck and signal , am I ok , can you get out . He is on his phone throwing his hands up pissed off and I knock on window saying I’ll move and he gets all pissed won’t talk to me giving me all kind of hand signals . So I move . Now I’m taking a spot and a half because this guy is in corner front sticking out . I’ll add photo later .

Pretty dang good food at Ozona Grill and Bar! The staff was great at accommodating our big group and keeping up with our orders. The chicken fried steak was a very popular item for our group along with the Mexican food and we were all checking out each other's plates and saying "Oh, I'm going to get that next time!" We all were saying "We're definitely coming back here, I want to try that!" Even though I got a delicious chicken fried steak, one of my favorite things I got was a side of fried okra, it was so good and tasty, reminded me of my grandparents home cooking! I highly recommend Ozona Grill and Bar to all of y'all!

Ozona is a Big Zero in Service.
I've been a manager in multiple restaurants and know what service is.
That was trash.
My car was totaled and was having a terrible day and my roommate kindly drove me to Ozona near our place.
My roommate ordered margaritas and said " I'll have 2 of your $3 margaritas seeing a sign for it. The waitress dishonestly disregarded his statement not saying it was actually $7 that day.
Then, when we received our bill I asked if they have military discount and when they said "No" I explained what I went thru w/ the accident that day. "Can you work something out?"
The waitress tried but management didn't care.
I hope you enjoyed your lowsy $30. That's alllll you'll ever get.
They're only in business for their location...for now.
In 5 years, Im curious what will be in their place. That plenty of pics, you'll all be gone soon. 🤷♂️

Open since 1992!
This place is a Dallas institution.
Tried a little brunch action. We ordered the Miga Enchiladas and Breakfast Tostadas. Our sides were Rosemary Potatos and fruit.
The side were decent. The Migas were a little disappointing. The tortillas use for the enchiladas were under cooked. So the didn't hold well.
But! The Bfast Tostadas were a great surprise! Egg over medium, guacamole, chorizo and pico were good!
The early crowd was mainly older. The evening is when it gets 'tready'.
Would I make it a destination, no. But if you're in area, check it out.
