  I would always come here for drinks when visiting the mall and they’re all really good. I only have to complain about the knowledge of the employees concerning the blended drinks. I am currently pregnant and am not consuming caffeine so I asked the employee at the cashier if their blended beverages specifically the caramel one had any caffeine or coffee in it. She said it did not but when I tasted it I could taste coffee flavor so I asked the barista who made my drink and they also said there was no coffee or caffeine because they only use a powder. Well since it did not sit right with me cause I could clearly taste it I did some research and on their website it mentioned that the powder they use for the caramel beverage has 130-150mg of caffeine from Java powder. I’m aware that pregnant women can consume caffeine in moderation but I am not having any during mine. I just wish they’d been better informed so that I could’ve changed my drink rather than throwing it away.

  Had the worst experience this afternoon, Instead of politely telling us they were closed she started waving her hands and yelling. We had already been standing in line for a minute or two and didn’t realize it was closing time, next thing we know the barista started waving her hands around and aggressively telling us to basically get out.
