Worst brunch I have ever been to. I think I ate 4 shrimp and nothing else was appetizing at all. Absolutely the worst brunch selection I have EVER seen and it was $80 a person. PLEASE do not waste your money. Zero entertainment and ambiance either. They think their name can allow them to charge you $80 for a buffet less impressive than Golden Corral

Since we moved to Dallas 14 years ago we are going to NOBU few times a year . Yesterday, we again went to Nobu Dallas to celebrate my daughter's 24th birthday, expecting a memorable fine dining experience. Unfortunately, the evening was deeply disappointing. While the ambiance was beautiful, the food quality did not match the reputation or price point of Nobu. We ordered Omakase dinner paying $215 each person. We were very disappointed! The 8 course dinner was full of Mackerel fish which is cheap smelly ! Omakase is chef's choice . Our chef chose cheap fish instead of yellow tail , shrimp white fish or even good portion of salmon ! Only one tuna ! The smelly Mackerel cause us to throw up at night ! Service was good as we expect from Nobu . I didn't like my $18 piece beef taco. For a special family celebration, we expected far better quality food! What was most disappointing was that such an important occasion for our daughter ended with frustration instead of joy. Fine dining is not only about expensive dishes -- it is about consistency, attention to detail, and making guests feel valued. Sadly, that did not happen here. I truly hope Nobu Dallas takes guest feedback seriously and improves the experience for future customers.

The value for brunch is unbeatable! I can’t speak to the dinner service, but we had an amazing time at Nobu for Easter brunch. The high quality of the sushi and nigiri, plus staples like black miso cod kept our entire group very happy (and very full). The cocktails were also very reasonable at about $13 each, and there were quite a few options for desert. I’d return for brunch 100%. I will call out that using disposable chopsticks at $85-90 a head is really kind of sad. Nobu can afford stainless steel / resin chopsticks and wash them.

Nobu Dallas stays undefeated. Been coming here for a minute and it’s still the most consistent, dialed-in sushi experience in the city. Layne and Vickie took great care of me as always — those two don’t miss. They just get it. If you want a spot where everything shows up exactly how it should, this is it. Dallas staple for a reason.

Why I have to wait 1 hr to pick up 3 rolls of sushi? I understand everything going on in a restaurant but in a place you get charge like is the only restaurant in the world and on top of that got to wait for more than 1 hr to have 3 rolls to go. Wow
