  First time having Texas BBQ and this place hit the spot! Fall apart tender brisket. Just sweet enough sauce. That was warmed!!!! Great potato salad that tasted homemade. Finished it off with banana pudding. Perfect. Bianca was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Speedy service.

  Such good food! Stopped in here for some bbq and got the plate special with brisket and sausage and the Dino ribs and was very impressed! The Dino rib is massive and everything was extremely tender and delicious. Raquel and Alex were extremely kind and helpful. Everything looked very clean and had great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

  Brisket was soft and moist (had to specifically ask for moist though), and I loved the pepper rub on the fat, which was fully cooked to be melt-in-your-mouth. The sausage was better than most I've ever had, but I'm not a huge beef sausage fan, so was surprised to enjoy it. Cornbread was soft and sweet, and seemed more live a savory cake, but still delicious. Fried okra wasn't overly greasy or overcooked, which made it great. As a Georgian, the toast was a surprise at being plain, but it was ever so slightly toasted to make it stiff enough for picking up the small pieces of brisket in the sauce. One star minus for the delay on the peach cobbler, which was delicious, but definitely needed the a la mode ice cream to balance the sweetness. They were very good at explaining both how the menu worked, how they're ordering system worked, and the most often gotchas on the menu, which set expectations so we knew how and what to order to get the experience we wanted, which made the experience quiet pleasant! The only reason I gave it a 4 was that I almost didn't get the peach cobbler I order with the rest of the meal. They said there was a 10 minute delay, and then I don't know why it seemed like it would never be served.

  I see the smoke coming from the grill and that was all I needed to know...glad to say that my senses were correct. I have NEVER had brisket so tender...I mean like butter. I enjoyed every bit. To top it off, the peach cobbler.....omg...who is in the kitchen?! Amazing... don't forget the cobbler people!

  Driving through Dallas, was super excited about the BBQ soI looked at all the ratings and settled with Moaks. Super disappointed. I paid $32 tip included to take out coleslaw and a bun full of 95% fat. I literally got the tiniest sliver of brisket I wouldnt even have been able to truly tell you the texture of the meat. Didn't know it until we were past Grapevine. My dog ate well tonight. I had already given my dog two 3 inch by 0.5 inch slices of fat prior to emptying the bun for the pics.
