Absolutely my new favorite restaurant! Our server, Brian, was amazing—fast, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Cindy, the hospitality manager, greeted us and made sure our 1-year anniversary dinner was nothing short of amazing, and they absolutely delivered!
They surprised us with multiple complimentary dishes and champagne to celebrate our anniversary, which made the night feel so special. The service was truly top-notch 💯. Brian explained each dish beautifully and took the time to tell us about the restaurant and the chefs, which made the experience even better.
The food was phenomenal and every dish was beautifully plated. We genuinely felt like royalty! 👑❤️ We’ve already decided this is going to become our monthly date-night spot. If you go, be sure to ask for Brian—you won’t be disappointed!
Thank you to Brian, Cindy, the chefs, and the entire team for making our first anniversary dinner so memorable! 🥂✨

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was truly out of this world. We tried the duck breast, Hokkaido scallop, truffle fries, and finished with the banana bun for dessert — and every single dish was incredible. The flavors were authentic, beautifully balanced, and absolutely delicious. You could really taste the care and attention that went into every bite.
The cocktails were also fantastic — smooth, creative, and full of flavor. The service was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience even better.
A special thank you to Chef Eduardo, who gave us a tour of the kitchen and made us feel so welcomed. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our visit feel truly special.
This is definitely a restaurant worth experiencing. Amazing food, wonderful service, incredible cocktails, and an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back! 🍽️✨

Me and my wife came to meridian tonight and we could say we had the best "restaurant experience" of our life's. Brian was amazing and the best waiter we ever had. The chef was kind enough to come meet us at our table and Cinthia made sure our experience was nothing but the best ever. This has become our favorite restaurant in Dallas and a MUST! to anyone that wants to have good food and the best experience ever. Definitely coming back!

We had a fantastic dinner here recently. They have a fair amount of seating in the bar/lounge, main dining room, and the patio. We should have started at the bar/lounge because they have a pretty decent happy hour. However, our corner booth table was comfortable. The menu has a good variety of options. My wife had a glass of rose and I had the creme brûlée old fashioned. The old fashioned came with a sugar rim that you break open with a spoon. Fun and unique for sure. It was on the sweeter side, but I enjoyed it. We tried the MF nugs, the salmon crudo, pommes puree, and the pork ragu caccio e Pepe. Everything had great flavor. The nugs had a similar flavor to Nashville hot chicken and a great dipping sauce. The sauce for the salmon crudo was flavorful. The garlic and pepper and the salmon was tasty. The hand rolled pasta was delicious. We tried the smores dessert and the server came out with a flaming hot piece of wood with tongs to toast the marshmallow. Delicious dessert and great presentation. Our server was awesome. Very informative and knowledgeable. The rest of the wait staff were on top on it with refills of water and clearing things from the table. We will definitely be back to try more menu options.

This is a tough one. I can absolutely see what they are trying to do at Meridian but I left knowing they just aren't there. It's a great room and it's staffed well (in numbers). The number of greetings and acknowledgement when you head to your table rivals top tier restaurants. But then we were left to wait for some time and when we did meet our server their approach seemed scripted. As they were suggesting dishes we informed them that lamb was not an option for us which they acknowledged but then proceeded to suggest the pasta...with lamb. On to the food. Each individual dish was good. There is no doubt of the talent in the kitchen. That said, there is a lack of balance in the menu with the meal ending up heavy and needing some acidity or something fresh, especially on a 100 degree day. Cocktail was great, wine list was fine. With all the great restaurants in Dallas I'm not sure I'd be back but if someone said that is where we were going I wouldn't argue either. Like I said, tough one.
