  2 different late nights I have tried to order or pick up an order here and their "system was down" I'm pretty sure the overnight crew just doesn't like to make food

  I currently have terrible food poisoning from this place… constant diarrhea…. I ordered a fish fillet 2 days ago I noticed my box has water in it but shrugged it off because maybe it was just oil but now I know they don’t thaw the fish properly and and probably gave me a raw sandwich

  See through coffee. They don’t give cream on the side? This is the 1st time I have ever heard that. This coffee tasted really bad.

  I really wish it was a requirement that the employees at this location know how to speak English. It should really be a no-brainer that a restauarant where 90% of the customers speak English, a person that's in a customer facing position should know the language, but this is what happens when management doesn't look beyond their own friends and family to fill the open positions. I asked for two apple pies. I even corrected them when I saw it on the screen and they corrected the error, but when I get home I only have one apple and a weird cherry creme pie that tastes awful. I'm upset at myself for not double-checking before I left, but an English speaking team would've understood me better and actually would've given me what I ordered. And Frankly, this isn't the first time I've dealt with incompetence and language barriers at this location. It's frustrating to know I paid nearly $9.00 for a meal that I didn't order. Do Better!!!
