  First time trying a different McDonald's than in my local area. This place has so much potential to memorize my order. They did mess up my order, but that's because it's their first day getting to know Dallas's No 1 McDonald's consumer. Thanks for the service

  Employees in this location love to talk alot with there customers and delay the rest of the customer in the drive thru and the employees dont take your order and the the driver thru as well. whats the point in ordering here if you your going to get your food 30 mins later

  I strongly suggests you get employees that actually know how to read which they clearly don’t.

  This used to be my favorite McDonald's to order delivery from... But something changed in this past month. (March/April) Now I get a "large" frappe in a medium cup and it's only half full with whipped cream filling in the rest; ordered large fries, but they weren't in the bag; ordered diet drinks but received full sugar drinks. In person this McDonald's has always been loud, but that's not unusual for a McDonald's. But hearing the building music, employees' music, and customers music all at once can drive you crazy.

  They take to long to give or take oder everyone seem to be mad for some reason. I went during lunch tried to use the restroom before ordering they had pin lock on the door noone ever open it even after they said someone is opening it in a bit noone ever came they need to work on tbis location.
