- SGS GravesMay 10, 20263.0I haven’t visited a McDonald’s in more than 20 years, but recently decided to stop by for a small meal and ordered two hamburgers along with the largest size of French fries available. The hamburgers were exactly as expected; however, I was very disappointed with the fries. The container for the largest size order was only filled a little over halfway and not even close to the top. For a premium-sized order, I expected a full serving. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and has discourage me from returning again for another 20 years.

They didn’t include the toys in the happy meal; they forgot to put the sauces in the bag, had to tell them 3 times and I asked for an unsweetened tea and they gave a sweet tea. Cant make this up. I didn’t know it was possible to get this many parts of a 3 person order this messed up.

The app didn’t mention that I needed to be there right before 10:30 and since I live nearby I assumed they would still have the food available by the time I got there. However, after giving my code I was told that the order had been canceled which confused me. I would’ve been ok with it if I had received a notification or even a call beforehand that it had been canceled since breakfast was over. However, I wasn’t notified until picking it up and there was no room for accommodation. I’m sure this is an issue to also take with the app, however I believe more could’ve been done by the location itself. The lack of transparency is ridiculous.
