  I am a coffee lover. This coffee is awesome!! Twice I stopped at the McDonald's in Richardson on 75 and beltline road and both times the coffee was horrible. Gr8 job.Hampton Road. Oh, the Sasuage Mcmuffin is good too.

  Teens and pre-teens have taken over the dining room at this location. They come into the restaurant in very large groups (30 or more) after school and loiter, most of them don’t buy food. They’re very loud, yelling and causing a disturbance. They all seem to know each other. Boys and girls air out details of each others inappropriate sexual escapades. These are literally 12 year olds. I have been elbowed in the back by kids climbing all over the next booth. They sit on tables. They walk on and jump over tables. They start fights, scream all sorts of obscenities and disrespectful stuff, with no regard for anyone working or dining inside. They run around like cracked out toddlers, getting in the way of employees and patrons. They make a huge mess everywhere and occupy most of the tables, still not eating. Is this a restaurant, a day care, juvenile detention center, school detention, or what? It sounds like a school playground, in the worst way. Quite often the mayhem spills out to the parking lot. This is a busy area. It’s only a matter of time before someone’s kid gets hit by a car. There are no parents/adults with these kids. I come here because the location is convenient between work and home, but the kids are pushing me to my limit as far as tolerance and patience. I know there are other businesses in the community that limit the number of unsupervised kids that can be inside at any given time, and I seriously believe they need to implement that here. I can guarantee they’re losing business because the ungrateful children causing havoc in here are running the ambiance and dining experience for PAYING ADULTS. I come here after work and the last thing i want to have to deal with after working all day are these loud, obnoxious kids with zero respect for themselves or anyone else. I want to add that I often hear staff at the attached Chevron store complain about shoplifters and kids creating a distraction to facilitate shoplifting. DO SOMETHING. FIX IT OR JUST CLOSE AND OPEN A DAYCARE. This is a disgrace.
