  Order from the uber eats app, order 2 drinks and 13 cookies, received 1 drink with 10 cookies only. Tried calling but of course no answer.

  Placed mobile order at 12:30 PM and immediately indicated in the app that I was at the restaurant knowing that this location is norotiously slow, especially during the lunch rush. I arrived at the counter at 12:40 PM and waited 5 minutes for my order to appear as indicated in the app. I the notified the manager that I am waiting for a Qtr Cheese. She says it is not in her system so I show her my phone with the order. She tells me that the order number indicates it is a drive-thru order, though the app clearly state to pick up at the counter. She checks the drive-thru; nothing. Again checks the "system" again and sees it there. My order appears at 1:00 PM with a time stamp on the receipt of 12:55 PM. (was it just sitting back there for 5 minutes?) I ask if they want to throw in an order of fries for my inconvenience. Something quick that costs the restaurant almost nothing. She replied that it wasn't their fault, so I say it certainlly isn't mine and that I placed my order 30 minutes prior to receiving it, maybe do something to make me happy. She double down that it wasn't their fault with a bit of a laugh. I left hungry and unhappy. Tasety burger though... This is by far the closest McDonalds to my home and I use them frequently. This location is busy much of the time and I experience frequent delays. I try to remain patient working around the slow service by ordering well in advance of my pickup time and indicating that I am alreday there. They find a way to diasppoint almost every time.

  Boy oh boy. Where do I even begin. On particular day this week, I would head inside and be greeted by the fresh aroma of the place. My order would be taken as quickly as it could've ever been and my food. Oh my God. Delicious, lovely, tasty. In fact I had to ask for the head chef who cooked this delicious recipe and thanked him in person. Mr. Carlos had my expectations fulfilled with an amazing dish he presented to me. His aspirations made me shed a tear and I truly hope his he can continue forth and reach his ambitions. A truly wonderful person and a wonderful place🙏.

  I went to the restaurant a moment ago, and the young woman working there told me she couldn't find my order. She then told me to cancel it because they were out of a certain item; when I asked her what was missing, she offered no explanation—she simply told me to cancel it. I asked her to help me cancel it or to see if she could offer me something else instead, but she rudely told me to move along. The service at that restaurant is truly terrible. I’ve had issues before where the employees didn't want to serve customers, but I decided to give it another try today—only to be sorely disappointed once again.

  I entered the restaurant from the door closest to the drive through and was immediately disoriented. The srrea I had walked into appeared to be a shutdown area that would be perfect for preparing delivery or taking food to a customers car. It was empty of product,product packaging material, and condaments. The biggest missing piece was people. As I headed around the corner I found myself in the indoor playground for children. there were a few small tables around the room located where they could find a table for two between the jungle Jim's. two women said at one of them. another door open entryway laid down ahead. there were a couple of customers in the dining room but there was no one to greet me at the counter. no employees to take my order no employees to give me a smile Laura frown Aura you just interrupted my break I was getting ready to go on. there were however for kiosks. the counter where where customers used to place their order and the police stood eagerly awaiting the next guest it was filled with balloons and other decorations that look like for parties. the decorations seemed to serve the purpose of making it clear no one was going to take my order. kiosk it is. after selecting the sandwich that I wanted I stared at the machine for a while wondering how I was supposed to Total without a total button. there wasn't as I suspected there would be a place to hit enter and move on and place my order no I had to review my order first. along with this review of my order it didn't say review of the order it said add more items. well that's not suggestive I don't know what is. no I don't want to order anything else I want to hit total that option not available I succumbed against my will to choose the only option available which was add more to my order. I don't know about you but I don't feel guilty when I don't add something to my order after I've said I was going to because that was my only option. so after some suggestions and wound my way around to finding the submit my order button. only one thing stood in my way. one question left. into your table number. I looked around the tables where do I get my table number at. with no one around I started going to the tables leaving the kiosk where my order was pending do try and find a number. I didn't find the number in the absence of having my reading glasses with me didn't help. there still was no one around. so he yelled hello a few times really loud and frustratedly. a smiling friendly joke on came out eventually very quickly as if he was passing by and said they're on the they're right there and pointed to the numbers that the counter and only gives you if you're diving in to put on your tray those are table numbers now. the restaurant was clean which is surprising considering there was no employees insightto clean the table. the aisles between the counter and the kiosks or narrow and small and I don't believe leave enough room for wheelchair or handicap folks. since I came in one of the back doors I guess by the playground I don't know if they have handicap doors or not I know that was not handicapped and I wouldn't want to be coming through there in a wheelchair. the double quarter pounder with cheese and fries were as expected they seem to be getting smaller. my wife commented on the taste of her Burger she didn't like it was too sweet. and that was without anything on it just bread and bun. I guess they put sugar in the buns. they did have a plug for me to charge my phone in and that was very very helpful. thank you!
