  La razón por la que le doy una estrella es porque el lugar está muy sucio, mis papás tenían un cabello, además de que no saben tomar órdenes ya que se equivocan, en pocas palabras, es la peor experiencia que he tenido, limpien tantito si quiera.

  I want to share my experience at this McDonald’s. On multiple occasions, between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., I have gone there to buy breakfast before work, but I’ve been told the store is “closed,” even though the location advertises being open 24 hours. There have also been times when I was told they were only accepting cash. When I paid in cash, I did not receive a receipt. This has been frustrating and confusing as a regular customer because I depend on this location before work. If the store is not operating during certain hours, the posted hours should reflect that clearly so customers are not wasting time. I hope management looks into this and improves the consistency and customer service at this location.

  Why do I need to park and wait 15 minutes for a coffee and hash brown?? I opted to use the DRIVE THRU not curbside, not park and wait, not anything else. Just about every Mc Donald’s has terrible service but this location takes the crown. Because had I not gone inside to remind you all, I would have been stuck waiting for even longer..

  I’ve seen a lot of incompetence in fast food. I’d even call some of it excusable at this point, but this McDonald’s was ridiculous. Employees yelling at each other, yelling at customers, and knowingly giving out wrong orders.

  So I’m walking in the door and the janitor Mexican guy who cleaning gonna keep throwing water right by door and he see I’m trying to go inside. So I tell him I’m. Tryna to go in is u serious. He gotta tell me to go to other door but u ain’t tell no other person that. McDonald’s. Need to hiring better employees cause this crazy this guy did and said this crap
