- LHlee hang2 days ago1.0Bad customer service I placed an order at the kiosk but it doesn’t give out receipts 🧾 I should them on my phone that I paid no one believed me than they give the wrong after which they brought out my order I go into this Macdonald almost every day and I still got terrible customer service to a customer that always pays is horrible and my food was cold

El sábado a las 11:22 tuve que lidiar con una cajera extremadamente grosera y con una actitud completamente inaceptable. Desde el inicio mostró mala actitud, y cuando le pedí mi recibo, me gritó y me lo aventó, lo cual es una falta total de respeto hacia un cliente. Es indignante que tengan empleados que traten así a las personas. Yo solo fui a comprar algo tranquilo y terminé sintiéndome incómoda y maltratada. Este tipo de comportamiento no debería tolerarse bajo ninguna circunstancia. Espero que la gerencia tome esto en serio, hable con esa empleada y tome medidas para que algo así no vuelva a pasar. Nadie merece ser tratado de esa manera.
