Nuggets were bad. Fries had no salt on them. The rest of the food was fine.

This place was filthy. The food was cold. The staff was unattentive. They didn't even give us napkins. The new concept of ordering on a kiosk was pointless when you have to go ask for napkins or any other items. This concept for McDonald's makes it even worse than a regular McDonald's. I didn't think I could ever be this disappointed in a McDonald's location. While we were at our table someone came in with a ski mask on and they didn't even flinch. Smh. Don't eat here unless you don't care about your personal safety.

I was able to cope with the disappointment of the big arch burger that they recently released, but I will not be returning to McDonald's for breakfast now that they have removed the McGriddle sandwiches from the menu. I guess I will have to start giving my business to Jack in The box!!!

This morning, my first time visiting this place, I ordered a #5 drink and a fresh coffee. The lady who served me spoke Spanish and English and was very rude. She started yelling at me, saying she didn't understand my order. I stayed calm and didn't say anything to her. She kept yelling, "I don't understand your order!" until she spoke to another young lady and told me I needed the coffee hot instead of iced. People like this shouldn't be working in front of us. As customers, we owe respect. If they don't have the ability to treat people, it would be better not to put them in charge. I felt more sorry for the woman yelling that she didn't understand my order than for her.
