    I had a very frustrating experience with this McDonald’s location regarding a mobile order. I placed an order through the app, received an email receipt, and went to the restaurant only to find there appeared to be an issue with the app system. I understand issues with technology but what happened next was frustrating. I went inside to try to resolve the issue instead of immediately placing another order. I showed Ana my app, email receipt, and later even my bank app showing the pending charge from that same day. While looking through my app, she repeatedly insisted the orders showing were “old orders.” She then pointed to the order sitting in my cart and said “oh that’s the order right there,” but it was not. I had considered simply reordering, but decided to go inside first to see if the issue could be fixed properly. Let's be clear the order in my cart didn't match my transaction amount on the receipt because I initially ordered cookies and selected the 40 percent off cookies deal in the app. Customers that use the app know you can't reselect the same deal back to back or even the same day at times. What made the experience worse was the dismissive tone throughout the interaction. Repeating the same thing over and over does not automatically make the customer wrong. I remained calm, explained the situation multiple times, and showed proof from both my email and bank account, yet still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to get over on a less than $10 order. When I later called corporate, the representative initially could not locate the order because my email address had been typed incorrectly. Even after correcting the email, the representative still could not see the order and simply told me to wait a couple of hours or call back tomorrow to see if the charge falls off. So now I’m left waiting to see whether I will still be charged for food I never received. If you cannot immediately assist a customer in-store due to a system issue, the least you can do is be respectful and not take a dismissive tone. The entire situation was handled poorly and honestly left such a bad impression that I can no longer patronize this chain.

    Supuestamente 24 horas abierto pase a las 3am y la luces apagadas y el menú también y me dicen que está cerrado osea para que ponen que son 24 si no van a dar el servicio no vuelvo a ir ahí nunca 😡

    We stopped at this location on a Sunday late afternoon just to have some ice cream with our 3yo, there were barely any people dining or ordering at the time, it took them 20 minutes to get our 2 ice cream orders ready for us. They poured 1 ice cream cup about 10 minutes after placing the order and it was just seating on their counter in the prep area, and we noticed that when we came to order a bottle of water, and 10 minutes after that they poured the second one and brought it to us. 1 was still iced the other was like a milkshake. It was just annoying the poor way the employees take their job and treat clients. The most annoying part was that when we approached to order water, nobody was at the counter and they just ignored people that’s been waiting, and when asked for a bottle of water they just said “why did t you get that when you placed your order?” It’s been completely rude, if not our 3yo that was waiting for his ice cream we would’ve just got up and left!
