  Heads up - if you use the mobile app and don’t get your food in a timely manner, they will blame it on you. The drive thru worker said I did not give directions after checking in with the app and waiting. The app is also down all the time. Either use the app or cancel its services at your location.

  This location used to be spot on every time now every time it's not I get limp french fries and cold food every time

  My girlfriend went through the drive thru to pick up her order and asked an older lady with yellow highlights for a cup of water. She said it had to be requested beforehand and refused to give it to her, and her attitude was honestly really rude. It’s just a cup of water, not like she was asking for something complicated like a frappé, and a cup of water shouldn’t be denied to anyone. Also every time my girlfriend goes and asks for sauces, it’s the same lady and the same bad attitude. She always gives her a look and seems bothered. We come here almost every day and it’s always the same experience with her.If you’re working in customer service, you should treat people with basic respect. This kind of attitude really makes the experience worse.

  Almost everyone is very nice, but every time I order something and for a cup of water, there’s this old lady with like yellow highlights that says I have to ask at the other window and doesn’t give me the water but only my order.
