  The atmosphere was sterile, and the staff wasn't friendly at all. I ordered food for my family at the kiosk no receipt printed so when I went to ask for one the manager about went off on me, not to mention they kicked us out just as my kids were finishing their ice-cream cones. No smile, no have a nice night just " Uh the lobby is closed " that made us all feel bad. We won't be back!

  Extremely slow service especially with mobile orders, they'll see you standing at the window and ignore you for a while like you not even there

  Very rude staff nothing but young people that don’t have any common sense. They don’t say hi. Give me one moment they give people their food very slow district manager needs to come up here as soon as possible because the staff is not doing their job terrible atmosphere.

  I love this McDonald's because to me is at a Central location right in the heart of Oakley's and it's 24 hours best service, best food in town.Thank you ronald mcdonald

  Read it to the end. You would think that you are actually getting food but you are getting processed stuff. And no, I don't eat a lot of this anymore because of the price and also the way that it was presented to me even by staff. Sometime I might go in there and get me some fries and the fries be old. I might get me some nuggets and the nuggets be pre-cooked again. I may go in there and get a burger and a burger has been sitting there for a couple of minutes and then they might make it seem like they just made it but they did not burn apple tea
