  I ordered inside this McDonald’s, but the receipt did not print. At first, the employees kept insisting that they did not receive my order, even though I clearly showed them on my phone that the payment was taken from my account and the receipt was not printed. After arguing for a while, they finally accepted that the order actually went through. However, when I politely told them they should fix the machine so receipts print properly, one of the employees responded with a very rude attitude and said it was not their problem. Very unprofessional customer service and a frustrating experience. This should not happen, especially when customers are being charged. I expect better service and more responsibility

  Horrible experience came to the drive through to get my kid a meal they asked me to hold for a moment...then had me waiting almost 10min in the drive thru and ended up taking the order of another car that pulled up in the other lane...didn't even realize we were waiting...didn't apologize instead made excuses and refused to take my order because I was upset...I asked for a manager and shocker she was the manager wow so disappointing to receive such disrespectful and rude service

  El día de hoy por la mañana lleve a mi niño a desayunar como otras tantas ocasiones y me toco presenciar como le gritaba la manager a un trabajador por que le hizo falta crema en un café frío y asta las clientas le pidieron disculpa al señor por que ellas se sintieron culpables de los gritos que le dio como regaño y también le digo que el era ya un señor como para que a ella la regañaran por su culpa y de todos todos lo triste de ese asunto es que la tienda tenía varios clientes de los cuales se levantaron y se fueron! Ojo si realmente ponen atención en las cámaras cheque eso! Regrese hoy mismo para hablar con el gerente de la tienda y me tope con la sorpresa que no había y estaba solo esa misma chica y le comente que no estaba bien lo q abia hecho y salio otra mujer ay y entre las 2 se comensaron a poner excusas y dijeron que el señor estaba borracho y le dije yo q por que si estaba asy por que lo permite y dijo que si solo a eso fuy le respondí que eso q estaba haciendo no debería de hacer pues el señor y tod@s los q trabajan ay en su mayoría son adultos y eso no le da ningún derecho a hablarles con prepotencia y gritos menos delante de los clientes estoy muy indignada pues mcdonalds es una gran corporación con diferentes dueños y deberían de checar los estándares de sus manager y porcierto ella le llamo a una tal alejandra y le comento a su modo y le que hice yo fue pedir una bolsa para llevar mis alimentos por que mi niño es autista y estaba comenzando a intranquilisarse y cuando yo regrese a hablar con el gerente ella me respondió que si no me daba vergüenza que mi hijo viera esto y le respondí que no que quiero que se enseñe a respetar y defender a personas que son abusadas en un trabajo todos merecen respeto y sea uno de donde sea no importa nacionalidad o religión!

  I go there during my 30 minute break and food always takes 10-20 minutes to come out. I feel bad for the workers because it seems very understaffed or poorly managed. At least the food is always hot.
