  Pésimo servicio 😡 no se que le pasa al personal pero la verdad son muy lentos hasta mi abuela se apuraria un poco mas JAMAS VUELVO A IR A ESE LUGAR mis hijos y yo tuvimos que irnos sin comer mas de una hora la espera mis hijos con mucha hambre 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  That night shift crew needs to get fired ASAP. every time i go to that location or order online from there they are rude and have attitude i ask for one thing and 2 people talk at the same time one telling me no i cant have what i want while the other one is trying her best to take my order. when ordering online from there they just throw everything in a bag I received my large fries upside down. overall worse place to go to and thats coming from a manager at a different fast food franchise

  I recently dined at mc Donald's and the I had the chicken nugget combo I was asked if I wanted to upsize the meal and I was greatful cause I was distracted by my children in the back so when asked I was reminded the service was was absolutely amazing! I didn't have to wait between windows I was in and out the line as quick as I came is as quick as I left thank you for the service

  If I could give it 0 Stars I would do it today I went to pay 50 happy meals for Manana I was attended by a super rude girl of color and the manager who was on duty At 9 at night was even more rude they did not want to receive my application code and I know they were bothered by such a large order they rolled their eyes and I know they passed from one to another leaving me standing without wanting to take the order I told them again that if they could put my code and they told me that they could not what I had to pay finally they told another girl to serve me in a bad way also the restaurant super dirty all the people are upset by him bad service it seems that they hate their work this type of people drive away the customers really a shame

  Ordered food through the app. Says on the app and on Google it is 24hr. Get to the restaurant it looks closed I drive around. I can see associates inside working. Go to drive thru it's 2 other cars there. No one is taken orders. I pull around to the window and the associates are avoiding the window. So I had to cancel my order at this location. Please fix your business hours to not say 24hrs if no one is able to complete orders at any time
