Went to have lunch with friend and wasn’t happy with the service, the food was amazing but i didn’t feel a welcoming vibe from my server Yesenia, there was only one other couple so I do feel she could have been more attentive to me and my friend but maybe because we were two young girls she didn’t feel we were gonna tip well. Overall the staff took away from the great meal I had, wish the experience would’ve been different so I could be writing a much better review.

Food was very good. But I checked my bank statement and was charged twice, hopefully they can provide more information quickly and reverse charges.

Went for a birthday 2 nights ago. Staff were incredibly nice and asked whose birthday and the age of the birthday girl in the group. We were asked about food allergies and preference. Two said they were vegetarian including the birthday girl. Neither had tried meat in their life. The vegetarians ordered Orichiette vegetarian. While eating they noticed there was meat in it. The waitress said she put in for no meat and blamed the kitchen and other wait staff. Pancetta was the meat. The waitress apologized but if the two vegetarians were Muslim or Jewish, then what? After did the birthday girl get a birthday cake with a candle like we saw another table get? Nope! Everything was so insulting because of the behavior of the one waitress. The other staff went above and beyond and the food was excellent. But when you want to project high quality, staff like the waitress we got doesnt show class. You ruined the birthday of a 26 year old girl who was on vacation from India by having her eat meat when she was a vegetarian her whole life. Show respect 🙏

I had spent 4-5 weeks searching for a nice new place to take my wife to dinner. Now that she’s retired and I’m on the cusp of retiring we’re trying to take time for ourselves and enjoy life. Once I stumbled onto Léonie‘s and read the reviews It became an easy choice and to be honest, we came for the experience. The food and service turned out to be top notch. The staff was very professional and friendly wrapped up together. We ordered the Burratta & Tomatoes, followed by the Crab Cake for our appetizers. For the main course, we had the Lasagna and Cavatelli with a nice bottle of cab wine. At 65 I can say it was easily in the top 10 meals I’ve ever had. The only thing we didn’t particularly care for, was we were seated right next to the kitchen and they had several large tables stacked right beside us (that were eventually moved into the room and set up for an obvious larger group). The staff also gathered there to discuss restaurant business matters. Once the tables were set up, they brought out an electric steamer and steamed them in the middle of the room. It seems as though they weren’t very prepared and it was last minute. This was about a 30 minute event. This is not something I would normally complain about, but I did take my wife there for a unique experience and it did sadly dull the vibe. In spite of that, I would definitely make a return trip.

We had the best lunch on the 20th floor of the Swexan hotel at this beautiful restaurant. We were staying at the hotel for a one night staycation for our anniversary and decided to enjoy a leisurely lunch before heading home and now we just want to go back for lunch all the time! The food was outstanding...best turkey sandwich I think I have ever had! My husband loved his pizza. The views of Dallas are great, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful! The service was also fantastic! We are adding this our list of favorite Dallas restaurants!
We went back yesterday for our second visit. We were so excited to get that amazing turkey sandwich again, and found it it was removed from the menu. The club sandwich they replaced it with is not nearly as good. The service was the bigger issue. We almost didn't go because open table said there were no available reservations, but when my husband called we were told no issue. We got there and it was empty. There were plenty of servers, but our service was terrible. We waited a long time to order and poured our own wine when we needed a refill. Love the atmosphere, but not sure we will go back after this experience unless staying at the hotel.
