went last night with a friend and the place is absolutely gorgeous!! unfortunately everything else was not great. our server was a sweetheart so I tried my hardest to be understanding but the service was just not it. I don’t know if she forgot to put our food in or what happened but two pastas took an unbelievable time to come out. our server avoided eye contact with us and went to help her other tables. we had to ask a food runner that was passing by to take our dirty appetizer plates and clear our table. she only checked in on us once to ask if we wanted another drink and then disappeared again. people around us that got seated after us had already finished their meals by the time we even got ours. once my spaghetti arrived I quickly noticed it was overcooked and clumped up together. my friends pasta was also slightly hard but not as bad. again our server never touched the table to make sure our food was good. my friend had to wave her down after a while so we could return my plate. she was very nice and asked if I wanted it remade but at that point we waited for so long that i lost my appetite. she then gave us a tiramisu on the house for the inconvenience.. again it took so long and the restaurant was almost empty. it got to the point where we had to go to the host stand to ask for it to go and the bill. we felt ignored and honestly it’s a shame because the restaurant is beautiful. we will not be returning and i’ll be sure to steer friends and family somewhere else.

We were visiting from Las Vegas & found this spot through a quick google search’s and we were incredibly impressed with everything at this restaurant. The vibe/ambiance, the food, and our waiter was TOP NOTCH. We came in towards the end as well with a 9pm reservation on May 14. I was a little worried we would be rushed since we were one of the last tables but it was the opposite. They (entire staff) took their time with everything. I highly recommend trying this place out… it exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be back if we are ever in town!

Skyline view was phenomenal and we were greeted with friendly hotel staff as well as knowledgeable and elegant servers. We were initially served as a starter with undercooked bread, however, the waiter took it into full consideration and specially made a new one to ensure we did not miss the experience. Our main dishes were phenomenal and I highly recommend the raised short rib.

The atmosphere is 10/10. Beautiful ambiance. However it was not my favorite because of the food. We were seated around 8:30, and left close to 10, so we did wait a long time to get our food. But they made up for it by taking some off the bill. We are guessing this was the case, we did not quite hear what was going on so we just went with it.
The favorite was a tomato bruschetta. (Forgot the correct name) it was an appetizer and came out quickly. The only con was in one of the orders, the bread was raw in the middle. One person also ordered a the short rib which everyone said was really good. Since I am pregnant, my taste buds currently did not appreciate.
I split the chicken and risotto. While my taste buds are off, it did not taste good to the rest either. The risotto was fried and the chicken consisted of three chicken nuggets sized pieces that was half cauliflower. So it was good we were not too hungry. I choked it down, so either it really wasn’t good or the baby does not like it.
Overall would not recommend. But it was beautiful and super fancy so for the vibes it was great.

This spot has been on my list of places to try in Dallas for a while, and I’m really glad I finally made it out.
Starting with the ambiance—it’s absolutely beautiful. The energy is very calm and serene, with great views of the DFW scenery. Walking into the restaurant, you’re immediately met with lots of greenery and thoughtfully designed spaces that create a relaxing, upscale vibe.
The food was a bit unique but overall really good. I brought a friend here for her birthday, and while her main dish initially came out at the wrong temperature, the staff handled it well. They took it back and, in the meantime, provided us with a complimentary appetizer so she didn’t have to sit there while I ate, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The drinks were also really good, and our waitress was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. They also surprised my friend with a complimentary slice of cake for her birthday, which was a nice way to end the night.
Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back. Next time, I’d love to visit during the daytime to see how the atmosphere compares.
