- PHPoncella HatchersonJun 28, 20261.0This was my first doordash order from this restaurant. I honestly wasn't expecting much and I guess that means I am not surprised about how I feel. I ordered red beans 🫘 with rice 🍚, jambalaya and fried shrimp 🍤. The red beans 🫘 with rice 🍚 did not smell peculiar but sure didn't taste right . My food wasn't hot once the dasher dropped off my order. The best description I can give is it tasted like mayo or miracle whip was added not pleasant at all. The best thing was the jambalaya which really isn't saying much . 😐

So I got a refund through DoorDash and placed another order for the missing items thinking (surely they wouldn’t mess up twice) and sure enough, as soon as the second order hit my doorstep (chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese) the chicken sandwich was missing :/ I just wanted a chicken sandwich and this place denied me of that TWICE! So my boyfriend called up there to figure out what happened and the manager Joanna claimed to have not seen the chicken sandwich on the ticket but when she went back to look, she seen it. If you’re going to manage a food place, it would be wise to read a ticket throughly to insure customer satisfaction. Her solution was to place a third order through DoorDash, buying the items for a THIRD time for her to make it right. I will not be ordering from here again. The food we got was blan anyways To the management: you need to do better

AND THEY ONLY BROUGHT HALF HER STUFF. How do you possibly mess up that badly??? This place is a joke, don't waste your time here.
