  Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Joe V’s Smart Shop Today, October 28, at approximately 8:55 AM, I had an unpleasant experience at Joe V’s Smart Shop. I went to register #6, where a cashier was assisting a customer. While I was there, a latin lady walked directly in front of me to stock candy without saying “excuse me” or “sorry.” I felt that she was being inconsiderate and disrespectful. While I was waiting to check out, the cashier appeared to be busy with another customer and pushed all my items together before finishing with the last transaction. I had tostadas among my groceries, and I was concerned about how my items were being handled. Because the cashier seemed busy, I gathered my 12 items and went to the self-checkout area. However, the employee there told me I could not check out because management had instructed them to allow only customers with 10 items or fewer. I understand that stores have policies, but I believe customers deserve courtesy, respect, and clear communication. I was disappointed by the way I was treated throughout this experience. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses the customer service issues. Every customer deserves to feel respected when shopping at Joe V’s . And a Good morning and thank you goes a long way

  Tienen productos bastante económicos, el pollo y el cerdo por ejemplo, la verdura y la fruta, en lo personal siempre compro suero y red bull y están más económicos q en otros super q yo he visitado

  I'm so emotional. It's so hard to stay within a budget and remain fed, everyone is struggling right now.... My poor mom about broke down realizing we were able to have actual food again for two weeks for a family of 4-5 at a fraction of what it would cost for half a week for 4 people on cheap no so nutritious meals. This location is insanely busy but at those prices it is so worth it and you're getting good quality to boot. Highly recommend!! Also to our poor cashier that will not be described/named, I'm sorry you're under stress but thank you for the sweet and friendly service!

  Super busy on weekends,and not enough room around the produce area since people don't care about leaving room for others. There's some good deals but hardly worth going when it's so busy,at least the checkout Iles are mostly all open.

  I love this store and they have amazing deals. I couldn't purchase the water that was on sale because it was on a high shelf and no workers would get it down due to the store being busy. I had to wait until the next day to get it, which was inconvenient, but I will go back due to the great deals.
