- NANoah ArkSep 8, 20261.0I ordered through the app for delivery, and normally I never have a problem with that when its at other locations. But this time one sandwich we ordered was never delivered, and there wasn't any clear way to report it through the app for possibly a credit or replacement. When I called the store, they were incredibly rude to me, and acted like I was being unreasonable. They offered for me to come pick it up now or tomorrow, because they were apparently closed. I understand that, but if they had said it politely, I wouldn't be writing this review. I asked if we could just do a credit on my account or something, and the person on the phone curtly said they would, and then when I said thank you they hung up on me!!! They never asked my name or any identifying information besides what kind of sandwich it was, so I seriously doubt they are going to be processing any kind of fix for their mess up! I would normally not leave a 1 star review unless it was truly heinous, but genuinely the service I received over the phone was comedically rude.

- LLLuisAug 28, 20261.0Just bought a sandwich from this place and saw an employee pulling her pants and underwear up , she didn't changed her gloves or washed her hands, and prepared my food with the same gloves, grabbing all the ingredients and contaminating the food wit sweat. Employees should be more careful and empathic when making other's people food!!! I will never come back to this place again!!!
