  I called to ask for a refund the girl on the phone said she would cancel the order and never did she just hung up I disputed with my card company and they weren’t able to refund someone at on my dime for this employees negligence and abuse of the poor customer service system no where online can you request customer service support bc they are a franchise poor business management! I do not expect anyone to actually resolve this matter

  Came through drive thru last night order my usual the spicy Italian toasted and the girl in the drive thru was the sweetest she knows my voice or something cause she already had the total for me I love when I can come in and order and they know me way to go ill keep coming back as long as you keep people like that around who knows her customers... way to go jimmy johns

  I came in drive thru and got a gyro and it was very good absolutely delicious and hot, this is my favorite Jimmy John’s I always go here for my lunch break and everyone is very helpful and friendly especially Tatiana I always get excited to order when I hear her voice , best employee out here.

  Came here tonight; only car on d/t. Just for the women on the other side getting my order giving attitude. I asked her I wanted to add condiments/ingredients to my sub. She responded with “WHAT!? What condiments?!” I asked her if she did not want to take my order or what? I work in the food industry if you don’t have it for customer service then don’t be there. Idc what anyone says. Horrible!

  This location has friendly staff and fast service. The sandwiches are good and the prices are a little higher but the sandwiches are put together good.
