  Visited on both 07/08 and 07/09. Both times the cashiers treated customers like we were a bother. I filled out the survey online and a manager still hasn’t contacted me. Also, employees were not following food safety guidelines.

  I find it hard to believe they don't have large loaves and are only selling scraps.They sold me nothing but lettuce; I've been buying here for 15 years and this happens—terrible.

  My understanding at a Jimmy John's is they make it fast. So I went to the store and I wanted to order a number for. I put the order in she reached underneath the counter and took out a pre-wrapped number four already. I asked don't you make this fresh? She said We do make it fresh But she proceeded To open up the pre-made number four Took the tomatoes off of that And was getting ready to take the turkey off of that one as well. At that At that point I just said don't worry about it and I walked out. Management at the store needs to know that why are the employees making sandwiches ahead of time doesn't that go against the grain of what Jimmy John's stands for. Fresh and fast Or is it pre-made and wrapped up and then reopened it back up again

  at this location it has gone to shit There’s like five people working behind the counters and I literally ordered mine through the app 20 minutes before arriving there yet people that showed up after I got there to order in the line they literally got their sandwich before me. This place is gone to shit in a hand basket it’s freakin dirty and not worth my time.
