I went in when It wasn't busy and I was the only one there. The employees were hanging out and talking in the back. When they finally noticed me, the girl came to take my order and seemed high and pissed off that I was there. I ordered a #5 with hot peppers. They gave me a piece of bread with lettuce, cheese, and meat, nothing else on it. No peppers, no dressing, no italian seasoning. Just a half finished dry sandwich that wasnt close to being correct when I was the only customer in the store. Paying almost $10 for a sandwich that has half the ingredients missing and still asking for a tip on the card reader honestly pisses me off. At least they won't get any more of my money.
This is the most pleasant location I’ve ever been to! Food was great, service was fantastic, really happy I stopped by! Parking was a nightmare as a warning, but of course nothing to do with Jimmy John’s.

I placed my order online for pick up. It takes me 10 minutes to get to the store after I placed my order and receive confirmation. Arrived in store and waited for 20 more minutes before I received my order. I saw the online ordering system spit out orders but no one was retrieving them because staff were handling the walk in orders. I had to say something to the staff about my online order. I felt bad for the two staff handling everything. Management needs to get some additional staff at this location otherwise you may be waiting awhile to receive your order.
My multiple experiences with this location has been very unpleasant…forgotten items I paid for, extremely delayed deliveries, unfresh food. Today I placed an order and the sandwich appears to have teeth marks on the bread. One time, I can accept as an oversight, after that it’s a habit.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this location again.
