  I ordered Italian hot sandwich, regular size and a young lady who looks like about 19 years old. Ask me are you gonna eat all that? And she said it several times and I couldn’t understand why and shocked why would she say something like that? It’s just a normal sandwich regular size nothing unusual. The food is good but very very unprofessional.

  Charged me twice for the same meal and refused to give a refund for the duplicate charge. Was rude and said they're was nothing they could do

  Ordered online, delivery was timely, but how do you make the sandwich wrong when it's on the menu? Ordered a #8 and instead of the ham they put turkey on it for some reason. I got busy right when they delivered so I didn't get to my sandwich for an hour or I would've called to get another.
