  Ethan made this the best Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. Super friendly, fast service, and everything was made perfectly fresh. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and keeps the place running smoothly. The sandwiches were spot on, the store was clean, and the whole experience was way better than any other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Give Ethan a raise — this is hands down the best Jimmy John’s ever!

  You might aswell call this place subway and tell staff EVERY single thing you want on a sandwich because no matter what you order they will put some random other shit on there. I’m ordering a sandwich that doesn’t have Mayo why the hell are you putting Mayo on there. I ask for no cheese cool there’s no cheese but instead you add something else thag wasn’t even on there to begin with. Be so fr rn y’all piss me off

  I had such a great experience at Jimmy John’s! The food was fresh, fast, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Jamie and Laura were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make the experience great. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Employees like them are what keep people coming back. Great food and even better service — definitely deserves 5 stars!

  5 stars! Every time I come to Jimmy John’s, my food is always fresh and great. Everyone is so lovely, especially Jamie and Laura. While I was there, an unruly customer was screaming at them over something completely out of their control, and they both handled the situation professionally and calmly. They truly deserve recognition for their patience and amazing customer service!
