    So I go here fairly often and food has been consistent, so this isn't about that. Food is OK. However, recently I have gone to pick up my order from the app and they have moved the pickup shelf behind the counter so those picking up can't get to it. You must hope they see you waiting (theres 20 people waiting for food) and look through the 20 orders sitting on the shelf behind the counter. Today I walk in at 12:15 and I had ordered at 12:04, well I'm waiting, waiting. They didn't announce any names, or orders that are ready. So people are waiting on their orders, waiting to get their food that is READY. They have the worst system I've seen in a loooooong time. Bring back the pick up shelf. Maybe I change this review... Also, as the orders are ready, the woman calling out orders won't say the names... Just says what the contents of the order are so if you don't hear it correctly, it is very difficult to know if they called your order or someone elses... I even asked if they could go through all the orders to see if mine was in there, and the guy just read them to himself lol instead of out loud so the 20 customers waiting on their orders could actually hear their name. I am honestly shocked at the incompetence... Also, there is an order tracker in the app that is also useless. It will tell me my order is ready 2 hours after it is. What are we doing? My order was ready the whole time.

    Really enjoyed this Jimmy John’s order. The Italian Night Club had plenty of meat and cheese without feeling like the ingredients were competing with each other. The onions and dressing added a nice extra kick, while the fresh vegetables kept the sandwich from feeling too heavy. The chips were crisp and the drink was refreshing. Simple lunch, but everything came together really well.

    Since this is the only Jimmy John's near me I have to go here and I usually order pickup. One out of 10 times they get my order correct The other nine out of 10 times the order is missing veggies on the sandwich or sauces completely The service here is terrible. What's crazy is that when I pick up my food, they assume I'm a DoorDasher picking up an order and have repeatedly treated me "less than" until I tell them the order is for me
