The ability and willingness to answer questions about menu ; offering different options. It’s the freshness of ingredients and in making the food exactly as you like it - lightly toasting the bread :) It’s walking up to a clearly clean establishment with recently wiped down tables. It’s the check in from staff making sure you have what you need and the friendly “thank you for coming” as you walk out thinking about how great the experience was and how you look forward to you next Outstanding job ! The vegetables added some freshness and crunch, while the oil and vinegar gave everything a little extra flavor. The chips were crispy and salty, and the drink was refreshing. A really good combination for lunch.
