  Past two delivery orders have gone wrong. The first time the driver delivered just a bag of chips and began driving off with the sandwiches before I flagged him down. The second order never arrived - the driver and tracker noted it was delivered, but nothing arrived at my house! The store resent the order, with an hour delay.

  This is the second (and last time) we come to this location. Got here only to find out there is no bread and have to wait 30 minutes before we can get bread for our sandwiches. No to mention they are shorstaffed. How is it possible they ran out of bred when is the primary source of their product? Definitely we will NEVER visit them ...

  The cashier sucks didn't listen to what kind of bread I ask for i didn't like that you dont have much of a choice on veggie to pick customer service is not good. I got the tuna fish sandwich they put more cheese than tuna. Subway is better. Never will go into a jimmy johns again.

  Went here yesterday I ordered a tuna sandwich with chips and a drink. I asked for it to be toasted and was told I couldnt have it toasted because it was too small. It was an 8 in sandwich. Never gonna return there and maybe not to jimmy johns. Second bad experience.
