  Placed an online order and when I went to pick up the 3 employees blank starred at me. I asked if I could take my food or if they needed the receipt since I was not greeted or asked anything. When I got back to work I realize the almost $9 sandwich I ordered was 1 single piece of meat and some sad pickles (I did not ask for anything extra like lettuce or tomatoes). I called the store and the employee was rude to me and said that is how they make their sandwiches. First 2 pictures are my overpriced single piece of ham with flat bread. For comparison I added two pictures of what Jersey mikes offers for the exact price with way better customer service. Jersey mikes is further away but WORTH every dollar.

  This location was empty when I arrived so there was no rush and I received a “sloppy” sandwich. There was guac all over the side of the sandwich wrapper, the toppings to protein proportions were wayy off to the point the toppings were falling out of the sandwich when I attempted to eat it…. just overall a very unappealing sandwich. To make matters worse my cookie and chips tasted old. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped eating at Jimmy John’s. For the price of the sandwich, the quality was not good. Friendly staff though

  Quick to greet everyone with a hello and a smile is Cassandra & Kent. Both are managers. This clean little sandwich shop franchise is easy to come into and fun to stay and watch. They greet each customer with a smile as said, more importantly they serve fast made delicious sandwiches. Fun: check out the restroom & check out their little signs around the shop. Good humor is abound everywhere. More importantly, it's a clean restaurant, clean restrooms, clean floors, clean tables,& clean seats.
