- HCHarry ChapmanSep 20, 20261.0My wife and I walked in and greeted the African American woman working the counter and the white delivery driver getting himself a soda. Both completely ignored my greeting and, subsequently, my wife’s and then the “cashier” stared at us blankly, I assume to wait for vocalization consistent with one of the company’s menu items she was trained to make? It also smelled like marijuana. Whoever the owner is should remove these people and run a business that makes paying customers want to provide the monetary compensation that keeps these employees with a job. Also, the seats were on the tables, I’m sure in an effort to encourage patrons to not come in or possibly simply the lack effort to do the bare minimum.

When I got my order and was missing my drink I said something to the drive she said she wasn’t given one. I told her I would call the store then. I called the store the gentleman I spoke with goes oh it’s sitting right here and I would have my driver bring it. 45 mins goes by and I call the store again and ask for a refund. He said he call the driver and could refund me back the whole thing. As I was getting ready to ask if he needed my card number he hangs up on me.
