- TBTaylor BranscumAug 25, 20261.0This place is a joke. If you dont want to work there than WHY are you there? Surely there are better jobs for 30+ year olds that are RUDE! It was 30 mins before closing I went up to order and the two employees just blatantly ignore me in favor of chatting with the security (And yes they were just talking not reporting anything) I asked the guy "Are yall closed?" Genuinley confused and he loooked at me a sec and said "Yeah we closed" Two other girls came in I asked them and one took my order. They have their smoothies premade in the blenders so its all melted. Terrible service, gross product not worth time or money. Mind you all I got was a small Strawberries wild and it was $8 Pathetic bunch!

Galleria Mall, Dallas, TX. At 12 pm when the mall opened one of them was there and didn’t serve me either because she didn’t have supplies yet. They didn’t even enter their shift at the same time. 🙄 that’s how business bankrupt.

And the others can take care of customers. Not this Jamba Juice. They closed the stand in the middle of the day. Make it make sense. I apologize to whoever owns it for the horrible review. You’re losing money. Your employees thought it was funny.

I also go to other locations and this açai Primo is way below Jamba Juice standard. We wanted a bowl not juice! This the last time im coming here when i come to the mall!
