- CECookies and Dough Emporium6 days ago5.0After walking in the Dallas Galleria mall, I came across the Jamba juice. I was very thirsty and bought their virgin piña Colada juice. It was so refreshing and tasted very well. Soon I came back for the second drink. It was great!
- HAHisham AlkhmisOct 10, 20261.0Cashier lady with short hair was extremely unpolite and was on the phone while taking everyone orders she needs to be written up immediately
- EDEvie DanforthOct 4, 20261.0Straight up ignored when at the register. Once addressed, they answered. One male, one female 10/4/26 at 540 pm. They said they were closing in 5 mins when it closes at 6. Said they would only do smoothies, nothing else on the menu; such as the açaí bowls. Customer service: 0.
- SSSuzette SilvaOct 4, 20261.0terrible customer service. Attitude was used towards client. Açai was very very watery not enjoyable. 10 minute wait for only 2 açais.
- CMChristopher MontemayorOct 1, 20262.0As one can see from other reviews, there are service issues at this location, and I genuinely hope to see improvement (because, in the past, this Jamba Juice spot in the Galleria has been good).
