- PBPamela BrigitteAug 28, 20262.0Went today for my normal morning/daily routine and noticed a new employee (black lady with hair tied up, very young) she was rude and had 0 customer service experience, it truly makes ONE employee ruin the experience; it’s almost 9am and they had no fruits prepared mind you they open at 7am! Customers should be able to walk in to an open ready business without asking for something simple and being told “oh we don’t have it ready” or “we’re barely cutting it” that’s not professional at all and on top of that a rude attitude. I get this job may be a temporary gig for many but this is a business I support almost daily, wish the experience/employees did better…..afternoon team is nice and does an amazing job….

Asked if we could add one on for free and they said no. I get if we were asking for a free one for no reason, but to say no just because you ordered online? And $5 for a tea is ridiculous (especially when it kind of taste like Arizona iced tea from the gas station). Overall, the tea was good enough, it but the cost is just insane and their customer service leaves something to be desired.
