  Although the staff at this restaurant are also Asian, they seemed noticeably less attentive toward Asian customers 👍. When we walked in, we stood at the entrance for quite a while while they basically pretended not to see us. The food took a very long time to arrive, and the taste was just average. When we walked in, there was spilled noodle soup all over one of the seats that hadn’t been cleaned properly, and it got all over our pants. We told the staff about it, but the waiter literally turned around and walked away pretending not to hear us. Overall, the experience was pretty disappointing.

  Had a great time today at Hinodeya, Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious as always with the extra chashu pork. Waitress did an amazing job with service. Takoyaki balls hit the spot. If you like a chill spot or a cool ramen spot, this place is nice to bring friends.

  i came there with a friend who has a very specific diet with very specific needs and they were so nice and accomidating.. I need to shout out for the service and food.. both were excelent.. they showed a lot of respect to my friends needs.

  Hinodeya is authentic Japanese dining experience. The ramen broth and seasoning hit exactly the right note, balanced and never over-salted like so many other ramen spots across DFW. Their specialty is using real dashi in the broth, and you can taste the difference. The Karaage is crispy and moist, the fries have this Umami Dashi flavor. The curry was delicious. The dining room is spotless, the staff are genuinely kind, and it's kid-friendly too. A solid five stars from me: absolutely worth your time, and I'll definitely be back.
