One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Dallas. I arrived with a group of friends and we were seated at a table we had reserved. I stepped outside to the patio for a few minutes, and when it started raining, I tried to go back inside. The security guard at the entrance began yelling aggressively at everyone who was trying to come back in, as if we were causing trouble instead of being paying customers. There was absolutely no reason to speak to people that way. Being in security doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers with hostility and disrespect. The behavior was intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Security staff represent the business just as much as the servers do. If this is how customers are treated, I have no interest in ever coming back. There are plenty of places in Uptown Dallas that know how to treat people with respect. This won’t be one of the places I recommend. Never again.

We came here specifically to watch a World Cup game and were never told there was a one-game-per-table policy. After the game ended, we were told we had to leave, even though this wasn’t communicated when we were seated. To make matters worse, the staff closed out our tabs during the game without even asking if we were ready or wanted to close them ourselves. The lack of communication and poor customer service really put a damper on what should have been a fun experience. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

For the FIFA World Cup, I would NOT recommend coming to the Happiest Hour. My family traveled 5,000 miles from England to come visit the great restaurants/bars of DFW for the World Cup and before the USA game tonight, we were removed from our table.. and told that we were not allowed to stay and watch more than one game… Spencer, the manager, informed us that there is “a sign posted outside” saying that you can only watch one game, even if you are a paying customer… because we were all wearing England jerseys, from our time at The Londoner that morning watching the game, the manager, (Spencer) offered to pay the entire tab for our table, he just wanted us to leave, to make room for other guest who were dressed up in USA fan attire… As an American citizen, I have never felt more disappointed and discriminated against in my entire life. I will never be coming back here, and do not recommend! 0/10. The valet guys are amazing, though. I give them 10/10.

I enjoy exploring new places, and this rooftop bar was recommended to me as an alternative to Sky Blossom. Unfortunately, my experience did not quite meet my expectations. Before I was done with my food I was asked to stand up and leave because the table was reserved, I would just have appreciated to have been told, the manager was nice I guess he said he would cover my next meal here, but still had to leave and left part of my meal on the table, that just did not feel right. The service was noticeably slow, and I did not feel particularly comfortable drinking a Chardonnay from a plastic glass—it simply did not match the upscale atmosphere I was expecting. I have always believed that food and drinks can be expensive when the overall experience justifies the price, but in this case, the experience fell short. The venue itself has potential, but the attention to detail that creates a premium experience was missing. For a rooftop bar positioning itself as a higher-end destination, serving wine in plastic glasses detracts significantly from the overall impression.

This place will never be my first choice. I've been there about 4 or 5 times only because my friends picked it since it's pet-friendly. Whenever I've had to sit outside where the ground is dirt, they choose the sofa area, and the table is always sticky, the cushions are dirty, and there are always food scraps on the floor. All of that is just nauseating to me. Last Saturday, we were at the Fan Fest and my friends decided to go there again. There were 7 of us, and the only open space was the sofa area, right after the basketball game. That area was swarming with flies, and once again, the floor was sticky. But the most disgusting part was the number of flies all over the sofas, which shows how dirty they must be, even if it's not completely obvious at first glance. What you see circled in the photo are flies that were on just one single sofa, but the others had them too. As if that weren't enough, after a shift change from the waitress who had served us very well, a friend and I paid our bills separately (with tip included, it was nearly $100 each). A short while later, another friend from our group came over and told me they were leaving. He left, and without us noticing, he wanted to treat us; near the exit, he told one of the staff members that he wanted to pay our bill—and they actually charged him for it! He paid an extra $200 approximately... Later on, we checked in with each other, and my friends were deeply disappointed with today's experience. I wasn't surprised at all, and honestly, I will never go back, even if my friends want to.
