  Hoy fui por un helado con mi hija nadie se acercó a saludarme y darme la bienvenida es tuve ahí parada como por 6 min llego otra chica y a ella si se acercaron a atenderla eso que yo estuve de primera contraten personas con vocación en atención al cliente pésimo servicio

  The server seemed very irritated and kept rolling eyes when we asked for samples and scanning for rewards. Ice cream was nice. We discussed going there again and canceled the plan because of the server and didn't want to interact with her again

  There were 6 ladies working together during Saturday, and 1 lady mainly does all job for cookie section mainly. There were more than 1 employees were at the work. The three ladies ignored customers on cashier line. A guy infront of me took 10 min to get his sundae, and i spent 15 min to put an order. The owner should arrange a main manager during busy Saturday and Sunday. The ice cream itself is good but the service is totally messed up with lazy employees.
