Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Guests come for our authentic Salvadoran dishes, award-winning margaritas, and lively nightlife, but stay for the warmth, connection and hospitality that make Gloria’s a place where Latin flavors feel like home.

An absolute staple in the Bishop Arts District! Gloria’s Latin Cuisine delivers amazing Salvadoran and Tex-Mex flavors with a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. The signature black bean dip and salsa brought to the table right away set the standard for the meal. Everything on the menu is fantastic, from the pupusas and sizzlin' fajitas to their classic hand-crafted margaritas. The patio seating is perfect for people-watching, and the inside has a great upscale-casual vibe. Service is fast, attentive, and friendly even during peak hours. Whether you're grabbing a late dinner, enjoying weekend brunch, or sipping drinks with friends, this place never fails to impress. Highly recommended!

Went today for my birthday lunch with my big sister and mother. From the valet, to the host station to our server Claudia!! Claudia was amazing! The food is awesome and I highly recommend the mango/strawberry margarita.

Just visiting for the evening and we stopped in for dinner. The service was incredible, celeny was our server and was too sweet! Our drinks did not run dry once and there were 5 of us. We even had two managers come and check on us and say hello. I will be back if in town!

I've been a regular for years, but I moved away 5 years ago. No matter when I go, it's like I never left. BETO is my most favorite bartender. Food is always cooked to perfection.

We love this location. The history of being a firehouse built in 1910, and the charm of the firefighter pole, along with the painting in the bar area painted by Rick Timmons, an Oak Cliff-based artist and former Dallas firefighter brings a unique charm to this location. We also love sitting at the bar. Jose, Jugo, Beto, Felix (and unfortunately I don't know the female's name but she is awesome as well) take excellent care of all the bar-tenders as well as mixing drinks for the entire restaurant - it's like 'family' coming into the restaurant, being recognized and reconizing others! I only have one request of management, hopefully reading this, please (PLEASE) replace the 'new' bar pendant lighting with something similar to what used to be there! The darker lighting was always so inviting & sultry! We actually (and others we know that frequent the restaurant) hate the new (not so new) pendant lighting - it's simply - too bright!
