  They had me sitting around for 10 minutes for for a to go order that was already done. Despite me asking about it and sitting right in front of the counter.

  Worst experience I've had at a burger restaurant. I placed a large order for dinner for myself and several friends, spending well over hundreds of dollars, and the entire experience was disappointing. My order included six regular fries, which cost about $45 total, but I was only given three large fries. If I had ordered three large fries in the first place, it would have cost significantly less ($27). When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told that one large fry equals two regular fries. Based on what I received, that simply wasn't true. To make matters worse, after getting home, I discovered that few burgers were also missing and the few I received the orders were not correct. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was hung up on multiple times. Not only was the order inaccurate, but the customer service afterward was even more frustrating. I've honestly had better service at some gas stations. This location is overpriced, overrated, and has lost my business permanently. If a zero-star rating were possible, that's what I would give. If you're looking for burgers and fresh-cut fries, I'd recommend going to In-N-Out just a few minutes away. In my experience, the food, service, and overall value were much better at a fraction of the price.

  The service here is terrible, and they messed up my order. The staff at the counter are so rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. You'd expect better quality for an expensive meat burger, but the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They didn't take any responsibility and weren't sorry for their mistakes at all. Avoid this pace at all cost!

  Avoid this resturant. I was very excited to try five guys for the first time ever. but i had a terrible experience. They messed up my whole order and they were extremely unapologetic about it. infact they forced me to accept the wrong order. disappointed by the experience i took my order and went home only to realize a whole burger was missing. when i called to get a refund they hanged up on me multiple times. i was only able to get in contact with a manager after switching phone number. Even then they made me drive all the way back to give me partial refund. I spent over $140 and they treated me like i was a huge inconvenience. This is by far the worst experience ive had from any resturant. I will never eat from five guys again. and you shouldnt too if you value your time, money, and sanity.

  Usually when I come to this location my food is fresh and service is great. Today I ordered a cheeseburger with jalapeños and when I got home to eat my food, I opened the burger to move my jalapeños around a bit and found a dead bug in the burger. I attempted to call the store 4 times with no answer and feel quite disappointed and a bit disgusted with this experience and lack of customer service as I couldn’t get a hold of the store.
