  I went yo counter to pickup order The employee who spoke to me was the manager and he did not greet me .I let him know that I coming to get my cup for my order he said I will call you when it is ready.This is my first visit hear and it is my last.my food was okay but I have had much better . Not all of the food that was supposed to be hot was hot it was uneven temperatures. The rice in the bowl was not hot.The chips were nearly stale.

  Estaba contento que abrieran este local cerca de mi casa, de hecho he comida alli creo mas de 5 veces y les puedo decir que el sabor es super bueno PERO como les muestro en las fotos el pollo que estan vendiendo ya excedió los límites de lo pequeño de las piezas, increíble que la pechuga es del mismo tamaño que el muslo, adicional el arroz que tanto le gusta a mi esposa lo tuvimos que botar porque como se ve estaba quemado, sinceramente regresarme a la tienda a reclamar con la rabia que tenía no iba a ser bueno. Días atrás me habia pasado que compre como siempre para llevar y cuando llegue a mi casa no colocaron el pollo sino unas quesadillas, de verdad que su comida tiene buen sabor PERO con el tamaño y las fallas en el despacho de la comida van a generar que como ya hice con otra empresa que vende la comida similar, deje de ir a comprar alli.

  I have reached out to this company with no response about receiving rice that look like well, It look worse than leftover rice. That you pull out the refrigerator from the day before and I don’t know what disgusting was on the chicken. I haven’t gotten a response from them and I submitted pictures they do not care how they serve your food and they won’t respond to make it right. It was just disgusting. The garbage can ate my dinner for the night and I receive no tortillas. I think they taking those home. Flow-up and then for them to come back and tell me to contact the same website that I contacted the first day this happened and nobody responded. They got my order number they can easily make a refund. They got my email. Nobody has reached out to me but they would rather come in the reviews and be manipulative wow I’m gonna switch my chicken place

  Drive thru cashier was very confused about how to take an order. Had to repeat myself 3x just to order the sides. Ordered 8 piece meal. Taste has been better at other El Pollo locations. Only received 2 tortillas for 8 piece meal. Will continue to eat at El Pollo Loco but not at this location.
