It has been years since the last time I had El Pollo Loco so I was kind'a excited to see if it was still as tasty as I remembered. As I placed my order, I was informed that there would be about a 10 minute wait. Of course, this was a bit disappointing and for a moment I considered just going home. But 10 minutes isn't too bad so I went ahead and waited. Vanessa was super nice and sincere in her apology...and even offered me something to drink while I waited. I declined as I already had one but the gesture was what mattered most. Long story short: the food was exactly how I remembered it! SOOO good! Thank you Vanessa for the fantastic service! Loke i said "always look for the silver lining" I will definitely be back!! *something to keep in mind though: this location sits on the corner of a fairly busy intersection and can be slightly inconvenient to access. Take a breathe and stay the course. It's worth it.
