  The bacon and cheese bagel was old and burnt for $10. They need better training or accountability to not leave stuff in the toaster for too long.

  Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the food since the staff couldn't be bothered with taking my order. There was no line, but I assume the guy at the register around 7:00am on 4/2/26 at Gate A11 wasn't interested in working at that moment. Much better options, customer service, and efficiency are just down the hall.

  Tuesday afternoon 3 people in line.... dozens of bagels in display....employee interrupts people looking at menu to say we are closing....it 1:36pm....add this to another place ill never spend money at at dfw managed and run by angry women. Like terminal c is complete garbage.
