Service was terrible. Took over 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. They looked overwhelmed and confused. I brought back my sandwich to be cut in half and the short blonde woman rolled her eyes. Extremely rude. Then she sloppily rewrapped it in the same paper and got sauce all over my sandwich. If you're having a bad day, dont take it out on the customer. Find a new job or something. Decaf coffee was definitely not fresh as if it had been sitting all day. Food was ok but the experience was ruined by the poor customer service and dirt in the restaurant. The food prep area was incredibly dirty with food and paper on the floor and dirty rags on the cutting boards. Very unhygienic. The employees looked miserable. Smile and say hello instead of looking at your phones! Go to the Inwood location instead. Everything is much better at that store.
