    I love going there, Ian is so nice and always have great energy towards me and everyone I bring to Dutch bros. He definitely deserves the recognition for his hard work!

    Please know the difference between a hot and iced latte. Some people don’t have time to wait for you to fix a mistake. Mobile orders are pointless if you don’t read the order.

    Management- its 105 degrees outside ,and to have these staff members with no sun coverage , cooling fan is unacceptable of Durch Bros. The amazing staff , amazing experience. Seeinf the conditions that are in humane towards staff make you think what can easily be done as leadership.

    This was our first time bringing my rescue dog through a drive-thru, & he was VERY excited (& definitely made his presence known with a barking concert) but the person helping us was incredibly kind & patient, and made what could have been a much more stressful first visit feel completely comfortable for both of us He even offered us "this pups's firts time is on me" which I truly appreciate. Such a genuinely welcoming experience & great customer service. We definitely will be back! (hopefully with a slightly quieter pup next time! ✌️🧋🐶🧁)

    I approached Dutch Bros for the first time and was super excited to try it, but I had no idea that I was going to run into such an angel named Ella at the front. Honestly, I just wanted to come get a calm coffee, but I was astonished by how amazing the service was. On top of that, Ella took her time even though it was my first time ever there and she made my first experience just that much better. I will definitely be coming back.
