- RNRuthenee NhemAug 23, 20261.0I ordered a croissant sausage egg and cheese, and paid for it. The worker told me AFTER I paid that they had no croissants. He only offered substitutions and did not offer to refund at all.
- DMDavid MackeyJun 28, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin’. I waited in line specifically to buy donut holes for my toddler. As I got to the counter, I noticed an employee take the last of the donut holes. When I asked the manager what happened, he told me the employee ate them. I couldn’t believe that an employee would eat the last product while customers were still waiting to order. If those were the last donut holes available, they should have been reserved for paying customers, not staff. It was frustrating to wait in line only to be told they were gone because an employee decided to eat them. This incident showed poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

My husband and I ordered four kolaches, and all of them were cold in the center. We also ordered two drinks, and one was prepared incorrectly (served hot instead of cold). When I realized the drink was wrong, I tried several times to get the attention of the staff member working nearby, but was repeatedly ignored. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told that another employee handled the drinks. A simple effort to get that employee's attention or assist with the issue would have gone a long way. The drink was eventually corrected, but the combination of cold food, an incorrect order, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff left us with a negative impression. I appreciate the friendliness of the ordering staff, but the overall customer service and quality control need improvement.
