They're getting CRUSHED and still making absolutely beautiful pizzas, sure I had to wait a little bit longer but I'm seeing people walk out with stacks 6 or 8 high. Props to them for keeping cool under pressure, maintaining great customer service and pumping out a lovely looking pie! The slightly older woman with glasses was so sweet and helpful coming in from a delivery and straight away trying to help people at the front because everyone else was getting demolished.

We were told that it would be ready in 25 minutes, but our pizza was not ready even though 1 hour had passed. An employee in his 50s with glasses was asked to leave by throwing another 12 dollars in front of us. It was like throwing a bone in front of a dog. We were very angry about this because we were humiliated in front of other customers. He thought we were passive cowards, but when we reacted too harshly to him, he threatened to call the police and called the police. When the police arrived, we said that we paid from the cameras and that we had been waiting here for 1 hour. However, the employee told the police that the cameras were not working, which is a complete lie. He disgraced the police and other customers. He bowed his neck and apologized to us. He told us that he could refund us $45 and make pizza, but we didn't accept it. We left there without accepting the payment we made and the pizza. I think this employee here should definitely be fired.

My delivery driver basically made me come down and get my pizza when I called the store to inform them of my bad encounter they said he will be fired. I didn't want that! That's terrible to put on me and offered nothing to make it better just simply said he has done it before and that he'll be fired. I feel that's wrong to say and put that on me and not offer anything to make it better. It's good pizza but ran with no regards to the customer and there's plenty of good pizza offered around here where it won't make you feel bad for their bad hiring and training. Will not return!!
